Leading the design and evolution of scalable API platform solutions, the full-time Lead Technical Staff API Platform will provide technical leadership, influence architectural practices, and drive complex initiatives in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of scalable and secure enterprise platform solutions across multiple products Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for key API Platform capabilities, ensuring long-term scalability and maintainability Establish and champion an API-first engineering methodology, promoting consistency and quality across API offerings Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience with large-scale enterprise solutions Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript Deep understanding of API design, distributed systems, and service-oriented architecture Experience designing AWS infrastructure for production web services and using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices
