Lead Technical Recruiter | Staffing & Client Relations

The Recruiter supports the organization’s recruiting and hiring activities by coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, communicating with candidates and hiring teams, and assisting with pre-employment processes.

This mid-level position requires prior recruiting coordination experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience recruiting across IT, Retail, Education, Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, and/or Legal .
• Strong LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS, and job-board skills.
• Experience coordinating interviews and supporting multiple recruiters or hiring managers.
• Prior experience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining recruiting data.
• Experience supporting high-volume or multi-position recruiting is preferred.
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
