Lead Technical Assessment Architect for AI-Driven Vetting

Proxify AB is seeking a Technical Assessment Architect to define how we identify exceptional engineers in the evolving tech landscape. You will craft the evaluation framework, using AI-enhanced methods and novel formats to assess applicants for our growing network of engineers.

You will own end-to-end direction, determine what to evaluate, how to evaluate it, and how to scale the system. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting to the VP of Assessment.
