Lead Technical Accounting Analyst
Location: Downtown Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid: Tues/Wed/Thurs onsite)
Compensation: $125,000–$160,000 + 15% Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate complex and non-routine transactions for proper GAAP treatment
- Support SEC filings through technical analysis and detailed documentation
- Research and implement new accounting standards and regulatory changes
- Partner cross-functionally to assess financial impact of business initiatives
- Communicate accounting conclusions and recommendations to leadership and auditors
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA strongly preferred
- 8+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting guidance
- Experience with SEC reporting and applying guidance to complex transactions
