Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoModify, rework, and populate Engineering CCA's, assemblies, and subassemblies to ensure proper operation per established criteria.Perform required repairs to returned and damaged units to an operational state.Micro-soldering under a microscope for an extensive periodBuild cables and harnesses from schematicsQuality verification and inspection under a microscopeIdentify, repair, and replace wire harnesses and cable assembliesReplace mechanical and electrical componentsOperate multi-meters or basic ohmmeters to conduct point-to-point current connectionRecognize failures, isolate problems, and suggest appropriate corrective actionKeep management appraised of potential problems or identified risks that may negatively affect program schedule or quality.Provide support and feedback to the Engineering development team.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experienceExperience with Solder, mechanical, quality standards, processes, and/or documentationVerification and inspection experience with associated standards, processes, and/or documentationExperience with cable and harness assembly, fabrication, and/or reworkWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
