Leading a remote team of Virtual Tax Professionals, the Seasonal Missouri Licensed Tax Lead will oversee complex tax matters, provide technical guidance, and ensure team performance in a fully virtual environment. Key responsibilities Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Virtual Tax Professionals to meet business needs Deliver training on tax policies and virtual platforms while monitoring team performance and compliance Provide technical tax support and guidance on complex scenarios, ensuring adherence to IRS requirements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of experience in tax preparation and/or tax research Supervisory or people leadership experience Ability to lead and motivate remote teams effectively Flexibility to work extended or varied hours during the seasonal period
