Job Title: Lead Turnaround P6 Scheduler

Duration: 12-months (Turnaround support for 2027, 2028 & 2029 )

Schedule: 4/10

Location: Port Arthur, TX (per diem can be provided for relocation)

This opportunity supports major refinery turnaround cycles and will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and managing complex Primavera P6 schedules from planning through execution and closeout. The role will work across turnaround management, maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, and project controls to help deliver safe and efficient execution against milestone and critical path objectives. This company operates within the global energy sector and offers exposure to large-scale turnaround scheduling in a refinery environment.

Requirements:

• Experience developing, maintaining, and managing complex turnaround schedules within a refinery environment
• Experience supporting multiple turnaround phases, including planning, execution, and closeout
• Experience coordinating with turnaround management, maintenance, operations, engineering, contractors, and project controls teams
• Experience monitoring schedule performance, critical path activities, resource loading, and productivity trends during turnaround execution
• Advanced Primavera P6 scheduling capability
• Ability to build and manage integrated turnaround schedules
• Ability to analyze schedule performance and identify schedule risks
• Ability to develop recovery plans when required
• Capability to facilitate schedule review meetings and provide daily, weekly, and milestone reporting
• Support for turnaround resource planning and workforce forecasting
• Ability to ensure schedule updates accurately reflect field progress and forecast completion dates
