Driving system architecture and application strategy for semiconductor solutions in the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) market, the full-time Lead Solutions Systems Architect will define integration methods for utility-scale energy storage solutions while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Define and evolve system-level architectures for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including power conversion systems and inverter topologies Translate customer requirements and market trends into scalable solution roadmaps while partnering with Product Management and R&D Serve as the technical authority during customer engagements and develop reference architectures and technical collateral Required qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field 8+ years of experience in power electronics, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and semiconductor applications Strong expertise in system-level power conversion architectures and semiconductor technologies including Si, SiC, and GaN Experience collaborating with customers, Product Management, and R&D Demonstrated success influencing technical direction with OEMs or strategic customers
