You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers to create innovative designs that will reduce the energy intensity of our customers' cooling systems and decarbonize their heating applications with high efficiency heat pumps. You will guide the team to solve problems through a stage-gate development process. This includes, but not limited to, design creation/documentation, change management during development, design for manufacturability, product cost, product performance, reliability, all while maintaining the project schedules.#### **What you will do:**## · Oversee the projects design and release of chiller and heat pump equipment designs and sub-systems from concept generation through the release of design deliverables.
