This is an opportunity to work alongside world-class cross-functional leaders on a core enabling technology for a company that is disrupting sustainability and transportation.Drive RFx and Supplier Selection process with key stakeholdersNegotiate best-in-class value through thorough cost negotiationClose contract negotiations to support a successful transition into productionManage business relationships to develop productive partnerships with both internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with cross-functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational value and efficiencyTravel: 20%What You Need:BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experienceAutomotive or Aerospace cost negotiation expertiseIn-depth knowledge of high-volume supply contractsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environmentStrong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skillsAbility to cut through ambiguity and detail limitations to make concrete and sound decisionsAn insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detailSolid analytical and computer skills (excel/sheets, word/docs, powerpoint/slides)Bonus Qualifications:Training in presentation and communication skillsAPICS CertificationAt Archer, we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent with the skills and leadership needed to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s strategy. For this position, we are targeting a base pay range of $130,800 - $155,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
