Managing the entire life cycle of major events, the full-time Lead Strategic Partner Manager will serve as the main point of contact among stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery and effective communication with internal teams while working in a hybrid environment. Key responsibilities Oversee event management from contract signing to final closing, coordinating tasks across departments Communicate product and process needs to HQ, collaborating with product and engineering teams to prioritize requirements Create and maintain comprehensive Q&A documentation to assist the user support team with potential user incidents Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management or consulting, with a preference for candidates without an events background Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in additional languages is a plus Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple work-streams and deliver results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Familiarity with promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is advantageous
