Big D Metalworks is seeking a seasoned lead installer/foreman to manage 3–5 person crews, install stairs, rails, and related metals on high-profile projects nationwide. You will read blueprints, perform layout, ensure alignment, level, and finish quality, and liaise with general contractors on busy job sites.
Requires 5+ years in metal/stair/rail installation, crew leadership, welding and finishing experience, OSHA 10, and a valid driver's license.
