Lead Staffing CoordinatorLocation: Buffalo General Medical Center Location of Job : US:NY:Buffalo Work Type : Full-Time Shift 1Job DescriptionThe Lead Staffing Coordinator (Centralized Staffing Office) functions as a resource in the centralized staffing office, providing oversight, coordination, and operational support to ensure effective workforce deployment within the specific sites to which they are assigned. This role supports consistency, compliance, and efficiency of staffing practices by guiding processes, facilitating real-time operational decision-making, and collaborating with leadership. This role is responsible for appropriately planning and creating staff schedules in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement, and current federal and state labor laws/regulations.Education And CredentialsAssociate's degree required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience2 to 5 years of experience with workforce coordination, staffing management, and/or in a healthcare environment required.
