This role focuses on designing and deploying modules across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including SPM, CMDB, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, and Service Mapping. You'll lead platform enhancements, integrations, and data governance initiatives while enforcing CSDM standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, analysts, and SMEs to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and mentor junior developers to uphold technical excellence.Responsibilities:Architect, design, and configure ServiceNow modules: CMDB, SPM, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, Service MappingCustomize and enhance platform capabilities using scripting, automation, and APIsBuild and manage integrations with external systems (e.g., Ariba, cloud platforms, messaging tools)Maintain CMDB health via normalization, reconciliation, and data certificationEnforce CSDM standards across modules and business servicesSupport UAT, SIT, and production validation through test case executionCollaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and propose scalable solutionsDevelop technical documentation, runbooks, and support materialsProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developersParticipate in deployment planning, cutover, and post-go-live stabilizationRequirements:Proven experience implementing ServiceNow SPM and related modulesStrong expertise in CMDB architecture and health maintenanceHands-on experience with Service Mapping, Discovery, and SAMProficiency in scripting (JavaScript), automation, and REST/SOAP APIsExperience integrating ServiceNow with external platforms (e.g., Ariba, cloud services)Deep understanding of CSDM framework and its application across modulesStrong collaboration skills with architects, analysts, and SMEsAbility to lead technical teams and enforce architectural standardsExcellent documentation and communication skillsExperience supporting enterprise deployments and post-go-live operationsKey Skills: ServiceNow SPM, CMDB, SAM, APM/EA, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM Standards, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Ariba Integration, Cloud Services, Microservices Architecture, Data Certification, UAT/SIT Testing, Technical Documentation, Team Leadership
