About the role
We’re seeking an experienced, Washington-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as Lead Clinician – Telehealth Services. This is a remote position serving clients across Washington State. You’ll lead with clinical excellence, mentor students and early-career SLPs, and deliver high-quality virtual care using evidence-based, innovative practices.

What you’ll do
- Serve as Lead Clinician for telehealth services, supervise and mentor team members, and report key metrics and outcomes to the clinical director.
- Provide direct therapy via telepractice to adult clients.
- Enhance, supervise, and mentor graduate students, CFs, and early-career clinicians.
- Model and demonstrate clear clinical instruction with strong duplication skills.
- Maintain efficiency with telehealth systems, documentation, and learning new processes for completing tasks.
- Complete behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that empower the group; strong multitasking skills are essential.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain compliant, timely documentation and reporting.
What you’ll bring
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Washington State SLP License (Required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
- Completed CEUs in supervision, telepractice, and relevant clinical areas
- Excellent digital fluency, organizational skills, and clinical accuracy
- Proven ability to provide point-of-service documentation
- Efficient use of downtime
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire
Preferred experience
- Leadership or clinical supervision background
- Certifications: SpeakOUT, LSVT, or similar programs
- Familiarity with AAC, MPSImP, or SPEAKOUT! methodologies
- Expertise across adult neurogenic, cognitive/communication populations
