About the role

We’re seeking an experienced, Washington-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as Lead Clinician – Telehealth Services. This is a remote position serving clients across Washington State. You’ll lead with clinical excellence, mentor students and early-career SLPs, and deliver high-quality virtual care using evidence-based, innovative practices.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as Lead Clinician for telehealth services, supervise and mentor team members, and report key metrics and outcomes to the clinical director.
  • Provide direct therapy via telepractice to adult clients.
  • Enhance, supervise, and mentor graduate students, CFs, and early-career clinicians.
  • Model and demonstrate clear clinical instruction with strong duplication skills.
  • Maintain efficiency with telehealth systems, documentation, and learning new processes for completing tasks.
  • Complete behind-the-scenes administrative tasks that empower the group; strong multitasking skills are essential.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Maintain compliant, timely documentation and reporting.

What you’ll bring

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Washington State SLP License (Required)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience
  • Completed CEUs in supervision, telepractice, and relevant clinical areas
  • Excellent digital fluency, organizational skills, and clinical accuracy
  • Proven ability to provide point-of-service documentation
  • Efficient use of downtime
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire

Preferred experience

  • Leadership or clinical supervision background
  • Certifications: SpeakOUT, LSVT, or similar programs
  • Familiarity with AAC, MPSImP, or SPEAKOUT! methodologies
  • Expertise across adult neurogenic, cognitive/communication populations
