Lead Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Consultation Lead: Is the Business Relationship Manager for Firm Services. Leads strategic direction meetings IT and Firm Leadership. Work directly with the business to design technical solutions for a business problem and assist the Project Manager to create a scope of work.
• Architecture Guide: Work with technical teams to forecast and roadmap technologies, develops strategic plans from which standards can be established and enforced. Assess requirements and translates them into system guidelines and high-level technical requirements.
• Technical Team Initiatives: Create documentation around architectural initiatives as required. Provide peer review of technology initiatives. Guide and counsel technical teams performing implementation activities, and review implementation outcomes to ensure design compliance.
• Provide day to day leadership providing coaching, development, and performance management.

Required Experience

• 8 years relevant experience required o Supervisory experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Technical Competencies

• Enterprise Architecture Design – Ability to develop and maintain architecture frameworks and standards
• Solution Architecture – Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and integrated technology solutions.
• Data Architecture & Pipeline Development – Skilled in building data pipelines and enabling analytics solutions.
• Cloud Technologies – Proficiency in cloud platforms ("AWS, Azure, GCP") and hybrid architectures
• Integration & API Management – Strong knowledge of system integration patterns and API design.
• Security & Compliance – Understanding of security principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Technical Governance & Documentation – Ability to enforce standards and produce clear architectural documentation.
