Lead Software Engineers

We are looking for a Java Lead with 10+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java, React 18, JavaScript, REST APIs, and SQL Server, with experience delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentor developers.
• Develop applications using Java, React 18, and JavaScript.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work with SQL Server, including query development and optimization.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, testing, and performance tuning.
• Analyze requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, QA, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, security, performance, and timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong experience with React 18 and JavaScript.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, clean code, and application architecture.
