This role combines deep technical expertise, integration experience, and customer-facing delivery in compliance-driven environments.ResponsibilitiesSolution Delivery & Customer EngagementTranslate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutionsOwn end-to-end delivery (design ? development ? deployment ? support)Work with customers for solution design, issue resolution, and implementationIntegration & ArchitectureImplement integrations with CRM, Procurement and ERP systemsBuild API-based, event-driven, and batch integrationsEnsure data integrity, traceability, and auditability across systemsAI-Enabled EngineeringLeverage GitHub Copilot for code generation, review, troubleshooting, and documentationContribute to adoption of AI-driven engineering practicesDevelopment & QualityDevelop technical configurations, extensions, and custom solutions on cloud platformsCode reviews, unit testing, and maintain high engineering standardsManage CI/CD using GitHub, Azure DevOpsTroubleshooting & OperationsResolve complex issues using application and system logsSupport cloud deployments, containerization, and environment stabilityCollaborationWork with functional teams, architects, and cross-engineering teamsQualificationsExperience:8–12 years in software engineering, preferably in regulated environmentsTechnical Skills:Strong expertise in Microsoft technology stack (ASP.NET MVC, WWF, Web API, SQL Server)Solid understanding of client-side scripting (TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery)Working knowledge of Python, Azure stackExperience with GitHub, CI/CD, DevOpsExpertise in design patterns and REST API development.Ability to deliver software and artifacts independentlyExperience in complex software troubleshooting techniquesIntegration Expertise (Must-Have)Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Ariba, S/4HANAStrong knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, data mappingAI / CopilotWorking knowledge of GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted developmentToolsExperience with Azure DevOpsExposure to cloud-native and container-based deploymentsPublic Sector ExpectationsExperience in secure, compliance-driven environmentsUnderstanding of data sensitivity, auditability, and governance requirementsAbility to operate in SLA-driven, high-accountability customer environmentsSoft Skills & CollaborationStrong communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work directly with customersProven collaboration with functional and engineering teamsCompensationBase: $131,000 - $164,000 per yearBonus: 8% variablePay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
