It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join The Digital Technology and Innovation group in our Technology Organization.In this role, you will:Apply Wells Fargo Digital Banking coding practices to test-drive the creation of micro-services with Java, JEE, JUnit, Spring, Restful servicesDesign, code, test, debug, and document programs using Agile development practicesMaintain broad knowledge of other technology engineering disciplines and collaborate with other key experts to ensure we are making the right technology choices for Wells FargoTranslate advanced technology experience, an in-depth knowledge of the organization's tactical and strategic business objectives, the enterprise technological environment, the organization structure, and strategic technological opportunities and requirements into technical engineering solutionsExpert resource for architects in the development of target architectures to ensure that they can be properly designed and implemented through sound engineering practicesMaintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies, and recommend innovations that enhance operations and/or provide a competitive advantage to the organizationProvide expert counsel to senior technology leadership and advise and mentor others with the goal of knowledge transfer.
