To support the Payments Integrity organization, the full-time Lead Software Engineer - AWS/Python will provide technical leadership in designing and developing enterprise-scale applications, leveraging AWS and Python, in a 100% remote contract role with potential for contract-to-hire. Key responsibilities Lead the design and development of cloud-native applications and provide technical guidance to a team of software engineers Drive software architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices across development initiatives Mentor software engineers through code reviews and technical leadership while ensuring compliance with healthcare security standards Required qualifications 10+ years of professional software engineering experience 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Python 5+ years of experience designing and developing applications on AWS Proven experience as a Technical Lead on large software development initiatives Strong experience in designing enterprise-grade distributed systems and building APIs and microservices
