RoleOverview:

Asthe Lead Solution Architect, you will identify technical challenges and createor adapt solutions to meet customer requirements. This position involves closecollaboration with stakeholders and experts across various business units, andmanaging a small team of developers in the San Francisco Bay Area Or Boston Areato bridge the gap between sales and product development, ensuring the deliveryof top-tier Visual Assistance solutions and driving customer growth throughinnovative service solutions.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Pre-SalesSupport: Explain the structure, characteristics, and behaviour of platform to projectstakeholders.
• SolutionDefinition: Define features, development phases, and requirements for each solution.
• SpecificationDevelopment: Provide detailed specifications for solution management and delivery.
• ResourceEstimation: Estimate the time and resources required for solution delivery.
• SolutionDevelopment: Build solutions as defined in the SOW, review code, and leverage our studio,APIs, and integrations.
• ClientDelivery: Ensure client satisfaction through successful solution delivery.
• Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Work with various business teams to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Level3 Support: Act as an escalation point for advanced support issues.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 8+ years insoftware development, architecture, and implementation, preferably within B2BSaaS.
• RelationshipBuilding: Proven ability to develop trusted relationships with executive sponsors andend-users.
• TechnicalKnowledge: Strong understanding of software development processes and technical skills toidentify risks and drive solutions.
• Communication: Ability to conveytechnical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• ProjectManagement: Capable of managing and training a team of junior developers.
