Lead - Snyk & Codewise Engineer

We are seeking a Lead - Snyk & Codewise Engineer with 8+ years of Security Engineering/DevSecOps experience to join the Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) team. The ideal candidate will lead the migration and integration of Snyk and Codewise platforms while providing technical leadership and building Python-based automation solutions for enterprise security.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead the migration and integration of Snyk and Codewise platforms.
  • Design enterprise-wide integration architecture for Snyk and Codewise deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams on platform best practices.
  • Develop Python-based automation frameworks for security workflows.
  • Architect and develop integrations using Snyk and Codewise APIs.
  • Define and implement security tool integration strategies within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with security, DevOps, and engineering teams to improve application security.
  • Support Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Drive long-term platform strategy while supporting immediate business needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Security Engineering or DevSecOps.
  • Expert-level Python programming skills.
  • Deep expertise with Snyk platform configuration, administration, and scaling.
  • Experience with Codewise or similar code analysis/security scanning tools.
  • Strong experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to lead enterprise-wide security platform initiatives.
