Installations are scheduled based on the team members abilities to successfully complete the necessary tasks. This team member needs to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while being able to take direction and make decisions accordingly. The Lead Sign Installer will work closely with the entire production team to produce various types of creative signage, interior décor, and event projects. The primary duties of this position will be to build and install projects as outlined in detailed drawings. This includes operation of CNC machines, lasers, and other large format production equipment. This position plays an intricate role in completing projects to specifications and ensuring client satisfaction. The working environment is an open concept collaborative space with state of the art equipment. There will be noise, conversations, and fun throughout the day!
