Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Sheet Metal Installer or Helper to join our team for a full-time, 40-hour work week from Monday to Friday. This role requires experience in sheet metal installation, with the opportunity for Lead installers to receive a company van. Candidates must bring their own tools and adhere to safety standards while ensuring quality workmanship. The role involves working both independently and supervising small crews under the direction of a Lead Installer.
Responsibilities
- Install sheet metal according to specifications
- Handle and maintain tools proficiently
- Supervise and coordinate small work crews

- Manage material inventory and handling
- Maintain quality control standards throughout projects
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sheet metal installation
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
