Quail Park of Lynnwood seeks a compassionate Lead Server to guide our dining team and deliver exceptional hospitality to seniors. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll coordinate daily meal service, lead and train servers, and ensure timely, respectful, and accurate service to residents and guests. You’ll support menu delivery, special diets, and cleanliness standards, while fostering a warm, resident-centered atmosphere.
The Lead Server partners closely with kitchen and care teams, models excellent customer service, and helps create meaningful, relationship-based dining experiences in our senior living community.
