- Supervising and supporting coworkers
- Handling guest concerns or feedback with professionalism and care
- Monitoring service quality, cleanliness, and adherence to restaurant standards
- Assisting with administrative
- Overseeing cash handling and opening/closing procedures
- Jumping in to help wherever needed— teamwork matters
