We’re a new restaurant blending Greek and Mexican-inspired cuisine, and we’re looking for a Front of House Lead to help us build something special. What You’ll Do
As our Front of House Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every shift runs seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the front-of-house team during your shift, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Acting as the go-to problem solver under pressure, addressing challenges quickly and effectively.
- Maintaining open communication with the kitchen to enhance the guest experience.
- Keeping management and ownership informed about successes and areas for improvement after each shift.
- Bartending as needed (experience preferred) and serving guests (experience required).
- Assisting in training and coaching new front of house employees
- Overseeing that opening and closing responsibilities are tended to, ensuring side work is being done in slow times, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the front of house.
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in a serving role (bartending experience is a big plus!).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Experience delegating tasks to others, and following up to make sure tasks were completed to standard.
