Description
Position Summary
The Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing prompt, courteous, and attentive service. This position operates with a tip share/tip pool arrangement in accordance with company policy.

- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and drink staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while anticipating guest needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout guests' dining experience both in the restaurant and dinner theater.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns gracefully and elevate issues to management when necessary.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and electronic transactions.
- Adhere to tip share/tip pool policies and maintain accurate records as required.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and drink staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of current specials, promotions, and menu changes to inform customers.
- Fill in and provide coverage across restaurant and dinner theater areas as assigned or directed by managers.
- Perform other duties assigned in support of the essential operations.
Marginal Functions
The following duties are secondary and incidental to the position. These functions could be reassigned to another employee without fundamentally changing this role. They do not form the basis for reasonable accommodation determinations under the ADA.
- Participate in staff meetings, safety briefings, and required training sessions.

Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Basic math skills to handle billing and payments accurately.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict in a calm, guest-focused manner.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy.

Preferred
- Previous experience as a Server or in a customer service role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
