Job Specifications
- Starting wage: $12.14/hr – $16.79/hr; guaranteed minimum of $20/hr if hired into a tipped position
- Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027
- Shift type: Full-time hours available

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong knowledge of food and current menu items, including all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring stocking, table setting, and cleanliness of dining room
- Use suggestive selling techniques to upsell products
- Proactively sell beer, wine, liquor, and food to guests in the dining area
- Communicate important information with the Restaurant Manager and F&B team
- Multi-task and work at a fast yet thorough pace
- Complete assigned side work
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings and staff meetings
- Possess comprehensive wine and liquor knowledge and adhere to state liquor laws
- Ensure compliance with state health regulations
- Handle cash/credit card transactions with honesty; tip out to bartenders and food runners
- Contribute to a friendly, fun, and exciting bar environment
- Sign off on server side work; verify server paperwork accuracy
- Print shift reports and reset equipment
- Train new staff on IG and restaurant policies and flow
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; Spanish preferred
- Prior serving experience
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods
- TIPS certification required (mandatory, training provided within 30 days)
