Lead Security Risk Analyst

To ensure that information security risks are managed effectively, the full-time remote Lead Security Risk Assessment Analyst will develop and conduct risk assessments of external parties, provide guidance on risk management, and recommend mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities Perform complex risk assessments of external party information security controls to meet Lincoln's risk management requirements Determine risk profiles for vendors and business partners using questionnaires and knowledge of policies and best practices Recommend and communicate risk mitigation plans to external parties and internal stakeholders Required Qualifications 4-Year/Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT Audit, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in IT Security, IT Audit, or Information Risk Management 2+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence relevant to the role Knowledge of information security issues, trends, and legislation Experience with metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for program effectiveness
