Seeking a Lead SDET for Capital Markets, the hybrid position will manage test automation, quality engineering, and validation of financial services platforms while ensuring the performance and reliability of mission-critical applications. Key responsibilities Perform functional, automation, API, regression, and end-to-end testing for Capital Markets applications Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts using Java or Python Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects throughout the software development lifecycle Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering, specifically in Capital Markets or Financial Services Strong programming skills in Java or Python for test automation and framework development Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber Proficient in SQL with experience validating data across databases and ETL processes Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and exposure to GenAI technologies
