MTi Systems is building SATCOM networking capabilities where software, RF realities, and operational constraints collide. You will lead architecture for IP networking over SATCOM, implementing routing, tunneling, QoS, and security controls on both onboard and ground/gateway links.
You’ll design and lead a pipeline from simulation to hardware-in-the-loop testing, mentor engineers, and drive rigorous engineering practices (docs, tests, CI).
