This role provides technical leadership by guiding architecture decisions, establishing best practices, and mentoring junior developers to ensure high quality, scalable software.
Based onsite at our Holland, MI headquarters, you will play a critical role in building modern SAP applications while advancing development methodologies across the team.Ideal candidates bring deep SAP technical expertise, a passion for hands on development, and the ability to lead complex initiatives from concept through delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and analyze user requirements and design technical solutions.Design and architect complex software solutions.Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of software solutions.Promote technical excellence and best practices within the team.Effectively communicate technical information to stakeholders.Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance development processes.In coordination with the Project Manager, lead project planning activities utilizing agile development methodologies and provide technical input.Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
