Lead Salesforce DeveloperWe are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to support a large enterprise healthcare platform initiative focused on Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, enterprise integrations, and patient engagement systems. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce engineer who enjoys leading complex technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable CRM and integration solutions in regulated enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce development initiatives across Service Cloud and integrated enterprise platformsDesign, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and integrationsWork closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsSupport Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations including Email Studio and Mobile StudioDesign and maintain integrations between Salesforce and healthcare-related systemsParticipate across the full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancementsMentor junior engineers and review technical designs and code qualityTroubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues, and production incidentsCollaborate with architecture, product, and business teams in Agile delivery environmentsRequired Qualifications8–10 years of Salesforce engineering or solution delivery experienceStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service CloudExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including CRM integrationStrong API and enterprise integration experienceExperience with event-driven architecture and data synchronization patternsExperience reviewing technical designs and mentoring engineersStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience across the full software development lifecycleHIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience with Patient Connect managed package Preferred QualificationsHealthcare systems integration experienceHub services or patient support platform experienceExperience with APIGEE, SwaggerHub, Splunk, and LucidchartExperience working in regulated healthcare environmentsSalesforce certifications preferredAdditional InformationFully remote opportunityLong-term contract engagementHealthcare industry experience highly valued
