Lead Salesforce Developer/AdminThis will be a remote position in the US for a Lead Salesforce Administrator/Developer. They will work closely with our other Salesforce administrators to set up a proof of concept and eventually implement a project for our Specialty sales staff. The work hours will be standard for US daytime (M-F) with occasional overtime required for support and project work.The Specialty CRM project aims to transform our current Specialty Salesforce setup to optimize the setup in Salesforce.The ideal candidate will have some Salesforce certifications and have experience working in a large organization to understand how hierarchies should be set up.
Healthcare industry experience is plus.Proven Salesforce administration experience with the requirements listed in the job description will set candidates apart from one another.Candidates can be 100% remote for the duration of the engagement and do not need to convert to FTE without sponsorship.The team structure includes one Product Owner, one Scrum Master, and 4-5 developers.The interview process will have up to two rounds, conducted via video.
