Lead Salesforce Developer
We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to support a large enterprise healthcare platform initiative focused on Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, enterprise integrations, and patient engagement systems. This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce engineer who enjoys leading complex technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable CRM and integration solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce development initiatives across Service Cloud and integrated enterprise platforms
- Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations including Email Studio and Mobile Studio
- Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and healthcare-related systems
- Participate across the full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancements
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical designs and code quality
- Troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues, and production incidents
- Collaborate with architecture, product, and business teams in Agile delivery environments
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of Salesforce engineering or solution delivery experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including CRM integration
- Strong API and enterprise integration experience
- Experience with event-driven architecture and data synchronization patterns
- Experience reviewing technical designs and mentoring engineers
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
HIGHLY PREFERRED: Experience with Patient Connect managed package Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare systems integration experience
- Hub services or patient support platform experience
- Experience with APIGEE, SwaggerHub, Splunk, and Lucidchart
- Experience working in regulated healthcare environments
- Salesforce certifications preferred
