Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions (data modeling & architecture).
Ensure 90%+ code coverage and guide automation testing & deployments.
Debug, identify bugs, and align fixes with requirements.
Strong integration experience: external apps, Data Cloud, CTI.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Cloud.
Service Cloud implementation and OpenCTI Integration experience.
Experience with Angular/React integration (preferred).
Nice to Have:
8+ years Salesforce Core Development (Apex, Visualforce, Process Flows).
4+ years Omni-Channel (Lightning Components, Events, Templates).
Experience in UX integration, customer-facing apps, and enterprise-scale solutions.
Proven expertise in full lifecycle Salesforce development & third-party integrations.
