Overview
As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks. Responsibilities
- Deliver the Tillys Experience to Customers.
- Support Store Management in training and coaching of Sales Associates.
- Assist with execution of operational tasks to ensure store performance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Salary Range: $15.99 - $16.99
- Salary placement: Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
