Are you a results-driven, high-energy sales professional with a passion for fitness and leadership? We’re looking for a Lead Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team at Club Pilates Bellaire!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive membership sales and follow up with leads via phone, text, and email

• Conduct studio tours and intro class sales presentations

• Serve as a leader and mentor for the sales team

• Support the General Manager in executing sales strategies and team training

• Promote retail, private training, and upsells to increase studio revenue

• Ensure data accuracy and follow-up tracking in Club Ready software

• Deliver a top-tier experience to every prospect and member

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (fitness, retail, or service industry preferred)

• Strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills

• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals

• Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Passionate about fitness and wellness

• Experience using Club Ready is a plus
