Job Summary
As a Lead Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering the Tillys Experience to our Customers and supporting Store Management in the training and coaching of Sales Associates and execution of operational tasks.

Compensation
Hourly Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00. Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
