What you´ll do

Henkel’s Leadership Experience and Development Program is a24-month rotational program starting in August 2027 designed to develop futuregenerations of business leaders in procurement. As a participant in theprogram, you will:

• Procurement Cohort – gather experience in various procurement areas including Logistics, Indirect Materials and Services supporting all Henkel business units
• Show our full potential in day-to-day operations while we put your entrepreneurial and leadership skills to the test with the ownership of impactful projects
• Have direct exposure and close cooperation with Top Management across functions and geographical scope
• Receive ongoing support from your manager, mentor and through peer exchange

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain,Business Analytics,Finance, Accounting or other related business major
• Interest and passion in exploringa potential career inProcurement
• Experience from at least oneprevious internship or other work experience
• Strong analytical thinking andproblem-solving skills with a hands-on attitude
• Demonstrated leadership potentialwith strong interpersonal skills
• Strong desire / drive to become afuture leader in an organization
• Passion, drive, and readiness tochallenge status quo (should be in your DNA)
• Forward-looking ability toanticipate industry trends and proactively adapt strategies to stay ahead ofthe curve
• Proficient in the latesttechnologies trends, with an understanding of how to leverage these tools todrive efficiency and innovation within the organization
• Naturally inquisitive and eager toexplore new ideas, with a proven track record of using creative thinking andanalytical skills to identify and solve complex challenges
• Excellent communication &presentation skills
• Work in new environments bothduring and after the program

The salary rangefor this role is $70,000.00 and $73,000.00 . This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
