Southside Medical Center is seeking a Lead RN/Charge Nurse to coordinate patient care on a designated unit. In collaboration with the Clinical Manager, you will lead the nursing team and ensure an environment of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, while promoting efficient use of resources.
The role requires active RN licensure, BLS, and leadership capabilities. A BSN is preferred; several certifications may be beneficial depending on unit.
