This role leads nursing staff during the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift, fostering accountability, coaching peers, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of inpatient experience, charge nurse background, and a BSN (or ADN with BSN in progress), plus BLS certification and Wisconsin RN licensure.
