Lead RN: Emergency Department Unit Leader

Bon Secours in Ashland, VA seeks a Clinical Unit Leader for the Ashland Emergency Department to coordinate patient care on a designated unit. You will collaborate with the Clinical Manager to promote clinical excellence, patient satisfaction and efficient resource use.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff mentorship, and interprofessional collaboration with a focus on safety, quality and continuity of care. BSN preferred and active RN licensure are required or compact licensure considered.
