RTX's RF Microelectronics group is seeking a Principal RF Module Design/Development Engineer to join the Module Development Section. You will design power combining structures and transitions for RF/microwave modules containing GaAs- and GaN-based MMIC products for production and new development.
The role requires strong RF/Microwave design, testing, and integration skills, experience with 3D electromagnetic simulations, and the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance.
