Working remotely, the full-time Lead Release Train Engineer will facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) execution, coordinate planning across multiple teams, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure predictable value delivery. Key responsibilities Facilitate ART-level planning and execution ceremonies, including PI Planning and Scrum of Scrums Coordinate cross-team planning and execution to ensure alignment and visibility of dependencies Manage ART-level risks, impediments, and dependencies to safeguard delivery commitments Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in technical program management, Agile delivery leadership, or related fields 2+ years of experience in an ART-level environment preferred Demonstrated ability to apply Agile at Scale concepts for managing features and improving flow Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards SAFe or Agile certification preferred, such as SAFe RTE or CSM
