Owning the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and G&A roles, the full-time Lead Recruiter will actively source candidates, manage recruiting operations, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer for various levels, ensuring alignment with hiring managers Source and engage both active and passive candidates, providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Oversee recruiting operations, including ATS management, compensation benchmarking, and process optimization to enhance hiring efficiency Required qualifications Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a track record of successfully closing both entry-level and senior leadership positions Strong understanding of GTM roles and the ability to differentiate candidate profiles effectively Experience in early-stage recruiting environments, demonstrating adaptability and process innovation Familiarity with ATS systems and data-driven decision-making in collaboration with Operations and Finance teams Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for sourcing and screening candidates
