Leading a team of driver recruiters, the full-time Lead Recruiter will oversee daily activities, ensure achievement of recruitment goals, and maintain high-quality recruitment processes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage workflows for candidate pipelines, phone queues, and applicant tracking while providing daily oversight of the driver recruiter team Review and audit driver application files for compliance and quality, offering guidance on hiring standards Support onboarding and training of new recruiters and lead ongoing training initiatives for the team Required qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent required 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting required 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role required Track record of delivering results in recruitment Experience in the transportation, logistics, and/or tech industry is a plus
