As a full-time remote opportunity, the Lead Recruiter - Product Creation will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse talent in Product Management, Design, Product Development, Innovation, and Engineering roles, ensuring a candidate-centric experience while partnering with hiring leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. Key responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, prioritizing a positive candidate experience Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies and talent networks Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a matrixed environment Proven track record in recruiting for Product Creation roles in Performance and Fashion Footwear and Apparel Expertise in providing consultative support with strategic insight and operational execution Ability to influence senior hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
