Lead Recovery Group Facilitator

Guardian Recovery seeks a Group Facilitator to design and guide therapy-oriented group sessions, promoting inclusive participation and productive outcomes. You will steer discussions, monitor progress, and adjust as needed while maintaining a safe, confidential environment for clients.

The role requires strong facilitation skills, knowledge of addictions, and the ability to manage distress and conflicts. A HS diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's is preferred, with CPR certification preferred.
